error on math quizzes, march madness is upon us, and thoughts to chuck with

Just got out of math class, and i got my test back, i got 10 out of 15 right, 66% percent, which ain't bad. I thought i was going to get worse, but I think he made a mistake, I think he meant for it to be 5 right out of 15, which would have gave me a 33%, but he just reversed the whole thing. I'm happy with the score though, that should guarantee a passing grade in his class, along with English, Sociology................. not so much I have a couple of days to think of a project to work on, or else, I have a couple of good ideas, but I don't think nobody wants to work with me. So their goes that plan, i'll just wait until I here a great plan by somebody that looks smart, and raise my and join their group. Seems to be the right thing to do. Tommorow is the day though it's Debate day in Sociology class and we all have to pitch in and say something that is relevant to where we stand on affirmative action. WhichI could care less about. My group looks like a bunch of lost causes. They probably can't even spell Affirmative Action. I just have to make sure I'm dress nice tommorrow. We may earn Style Points. my puppies are now 4 weeks old and almost ready to be sold. I was contemplating on keeeping one out of the litter, but the money is to tempting to pass up. I need some bad, almost worse than I need, well, finally, the best time of the year is here. March Madness. By far the best sports spectacle their is. Forget the World Series, Super Bowl, College Bowl Season, NBa Finals (which has sucked the last couple of years). Stanley Cup, is not even close. It's the NCAA basketball Tournament. You got to love it, The cinderella teams, the upsets, the buzzer beaters, the marching band, the cheerleaders, and most important the devoted fans, who spectate and root and cheer for their favorite team, and boo and say hateful things, (hateful but fun) to the opposing teams. That's what it's bout . With March Madness anything can happen. a 15 seed beating a 2 seed, a 16 seed beating a 1 seed (probably never ever gonna happen). but it just might in the tournament. Let the festivities begin!. Alright now that I've sold the idea to ya. Let Me Give you my picks. Okay Sunday night I watched Bracketology on ESPN, and watched Digger Phelps, Jay Bilas, Dick Vitale, Andy Katz pick their team that they think is going to win it all. Vitale pick N.Carolina, Bilas picked Illinois. Katz, picked Wake and Phelps also picked Wake. Me I think people are giving N.Carolina a little to much credit, I don't think their that good of a basketball team from what i've seen the last couple of games they've played. they struggled against a soft clemson team, who didn't even make it to the tournament, they we're getting crushed last weekend in Durham, until they made a push at the end. They lost in the semifinal of the ACC tournament to Georgia Tech. I just don't see that team right now winning six games in a row, in a very tough region, with the likes of Kansas, Uconn, Florida, Villanova, those teams are going to give Carolina a dogfight, and if their not careful, their going to get kicked in the mouth. And their goign to look right up at that scoreboard with them on the losing end and that clock showing triple zeros. Okay enough hating on North Carolina, here are my picks for the Final Four. Okay first in the Chicago region, in which everybody has Illinois just cruising all the way to St. Louis. In thewords of Lee Corso Not So Fast My friend. Theirs a couple of teams in their bracket that tey may run into on teh freeway, Arizona and Oklahoma State that are going to give Illinois some trouble. First OSU. big 12 tourney champions, Went to the Final Four last year, so theirs the experience factor, and they have a great leader and explosive point guard in John Lucas, along with the Graham boys (Josh & Joey). Also swingman Bobbit. Then theirs Arizona, this team reminds me of UConn from last year, we all no what they did in the tournament last year, they won it all. With Salim Stoudamire doing damge on the outside and Channng Frye doing work on the inside, to go along with swingman Mustaffaa Shakur and the other talent group of players, I believe this team can win the entire tournament. If they stay commited to one thing, and this is crucial, playing defense. If they do that, and i think they will, they'll win the Chicago Region. Okay Next up the Albuquerque Region, To me this region is a toss up I think anybody can win this region, It's not loaded with great teams, but a abundance of good teams. But it make sthe level of competiton better, and that's what the fan wants, So here's the rundown Washington holds the 1 seed, which shocked everybody, including me on slection sunday. You got Wake at number 2 , who in my opinion is the class of this region, and my pick to win it. I mean when you got Chris Paul the quote on quote "Best Player in the country" It just puts this team over evrybody else in this Region. So theirs my pick. Wake Forest. Now to the most Deepest Region, the Syracuse Region, this region is loaded from top to bottom, starting with the #1 seed UNC, then you got Uconn, Kansas, Florida. Seeded respectively. This is what I was saying earlier about UNC, I just don't think they can run off six games in a row in this loaded and talented region. Their capable of it if they play up to their ability, but not the way they have been playing as of late. now who do I think is going to win this region, I really don't know, but my heart is leaning toward Kansas, I know they've been struggling to, but I think once they get their leader Keith Langford back, which they should soon, and with Wayne Simien in the middle, and if they shoot the ball well, and that's a big if,if they do that, they should be cutting down the nets in Syracuse on their way to the Final Four. Last but not least the Austin region, which is sort of similar to the Syracuse Region, it's loaded with pretty good teams like Duke, Kentucky, Oklahoma, Syracuse, which are seeded 1-4 respectively. Then theirs also a couple of teams that make cinderella type noise in the tourney, teams like Old Dominion, Utah. but my sleeper team is Mississippi State, they got a lot of their starting team back from last year's tournament, in which they made it all the way to the Sweet 16 before losing to N.C State. sleeper team doesn't necessarily mean they'll win the region, they'll make some noise until they run into a more overpowering team. But whoever wins this region, will be the team seeded 1-4. The teams I named earlier (OU, Duke, Syracuse, Kentucky). And out of that bunch I'm picking Syracuse, I just like the style of basketball they play on both ends on the floor on offense they play from the outside in with Hakim Warrick who is arguably the best player in the tourney and Gerry Mcnamara shooting light out from the outside, plus they got the experienced. Winnng the National Championship, just 2 years ago. If these 2 guys play well particulary on the offensive side of the ball, because that 2-3 zone defense is smothering, I think they'll win. But don't count out J.J Reddick,Daniel Ewing, Coach K and the Dukies. They have a chance pending if Sean dockery comes back from injury. Also keep an eye out for the Utes of Utah and the future #1 pick Andrew Bogut. The guys a monster, they can also make some noise, if they keep feeding this guy the ball. But I just like Syracuse to come out of this region. Their defense and experience alone won me over. Now the Final Four is set Arizona, Wakeforest, Kansas, Syracuse. The First National semifinal game Arizona vs. Wake. the battle of the Point Guards Paul v. Stoudamire. This was probably the hardest choice I had to make in my bracket, but I picked Wake Forest, because I just feel it's their time and Chris Paul and the Deacons are coming into this tournament with a chip on their shoulder, for getting shafted out of a #1 seed. Especially Chris Paul he was suspended for a low blow on Chris Hodge for 1 game of the acc tournament , a game which they needed him because they loss. I think he'll come out with a vengeance and just straight take over and his team will feed off him, and that can be scary. But don't count out Arizona and Salim Stoudamire he can get hott at any point, and start shooting the light out, plus this team has a inside game with Channing Frye and a abundance of athletes. So it won't be easy. But I like Wake Forest, even though their awful on defense, if they attempt to play some D they'll be fine, but if they don't uh-oh. I could see my bracket going down the drain. But I still like Wake by 6. Now the other National semifinal game Kansas vs. Syracuse. This is the rematch of the champiomship game 2 years ago, but theirs no Kirk Hinrich no Nick Collison, and no Mr. Anthony. All 3 of those guys we're lottery picks. So it's basically a whole new ballgame. This decison was fairly easy Im picking Syracuse. The reason is Kansas relies on Wayne Simien's inside game and Keith Langford pentetrating ability and Aaron Miles slashing to the basket. that plays right into the hand of Syracuse who play a smothering 2-3 zone, which forces you to shoot the ball, and that's been Kansas achillies hill all year these guys cannot shoot the rock. Gidden is their best outside shooter, but he's too inconsistent for me. I think Kansas has to comeup with another gameplan to use Aaron Miles & Keith Langord effectively. I think wayne Simien would eventually get his. But forthem to win other guys are going to have to step up and make some jump shots. If they don't shoot the ball well and get to the foul line. It's going to be a long game for the Jayhawks, this could be a blowout. But Syracuse has to hold their end of the bargain also, Hakim has to have Solid Numbers as well as Edin and their leader and point guard Gerry Mcnamara has to outplay AAron Miles. Which I think he will. Syracuse wins by double digits. Now the Grand Finale April, 4 ,2005 National championship, also my mom's birthday ironically. Wake Forest vs. Syracuse. I think this will be a great championship game, i think it has potential to go down to the wire. Both teams are pretty evenly match. Imagine if Chris Bosh returned for his sophomore year instead of going pro. It would be no question who would win the Championship. I think that team with the 1 and 2 punch of Chris Paul and Chris Bosh would have been the first undefeated team since 1970 Indiana. They would have gave Unc and Illinois nightmares. But back to reality an now, I still think Wake will win National Championship, I just feel their hungry and motivated enough to get this done, Chris Paul will have a monster game and be named most outstanding player of the tournament. I put a lot of thought into it , and I just see this happening. Syracuse will play well but Chris Paul will just take the game over with his scoring or his passing ability. I think he'll be able to penetrate through their zone defense and cause problems for the Orangemen. Chris Paul scores 24 points and dishes 9 assists in a 86-78 victory. Go Deacons!
